 In our work together, I’ll help you to gently uncover how your childhood conditioning  continue to influence your life today.

You will gain clarity how to create healthy patterns and adopt supportive beliefs,  creating  a loving relationship with yourself to show up healthier in relationships with others.


Through a somatic approach, you’ll learn to connect with your body’s wisdom — to feel, rather than analyze — and to recognize the signals of your nervous system with compassion and awareness and learn to guide  yourself towards regulation.

Learning practical tools for emotional regulation and self-attunement, will help you create  choices from a place of emotional clarity, self-compassion, and authenticity — not from old patterns or fear.

Our sessions create a safe, relational space where healing happens not just through insight, but through felt experience — allowing your system to rewire toward safety, wholeness, and true self-expression.
