How does it work?
If you hit a dead end with , an alternative approach is the somatic therapy
Maybe you worked with many traditional psychotherapist .
Typical talk therapy has its value, but in terms of trauma we have to address the body.
Because trauma happens by disconnection from the body and inability to be with our pain and process our emotional states.
If you not gonna address it will stay there and surface in your life.
You cannot outrun it or talk your way out of it.
Its not an easy approach but its the most rewarding pathway.
I teach you how to not let the past rule your present and your future.
You will gain clarity how to create healthy patterns and adopt supportive beliefs, creating a loving relationship with yourself to show up healthier in relationships with others.
Our sessions create a safe, relational space where healing happens not just through insight, but through felt experience — allowing your system to rewire toward safety, wholeness, and true self-expression

Through a somatic approach, you’ll learn to connect with your body’s wisdom — to feel, rather than analyze — and to recognize the signals of your nervous system with compassion and awareness and learn to guide yourself towards regulation. Regulation is the state of harmony . Its not constant , but healing is learning how to regulate ourself back to that state, making our nervous system more flexible.
